Feeling the Presence of God!

When I am in the presence of God, it is an unspeakably beautiful feeling. There’s nothing like knowing that you are connected when we realize we have been given access to His Presence; we just need to enter into the feeling of knowing he already is within us!

This life can be very challenging; there are so many people, places, and things vying for our attention that it seems almost impossible to know if God is with us.

It says in Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Because we are soulish creatures, we seek peace and security in our fleshly desires. We are willing to sacrifice, save and forgo our comforts in the present for a more secure future! This is part of the natural law.

The word of God teaches a better way! Jesus taught in Matthew 6:33-34 Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

The Word of God is written to the inner man and is revealed in the outer man. That is why Jesus when teaches us how to pray. The prayer He teaches us is “The Our Father”; it states, “ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.” This is because the will of God is already done in Heaven! We have also learned in Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

If you want to know how to “Feel the Presence of God,” it starts with knowing you already have it! Or to even understand what it means to feel the presence of God! Remember, our flesh is distracted by people, places, and things vying for our attention. It seems almost impossible to know if God is with us.

If you have lived life long enough, you realize it seems impossible to turn this world off.

Jesus teaches us the way!

The Lord gives us a way to enter into His presence and feel him! This happens when we realize that Jesus gave his life for us, affording us grace. Ephesians 2:8-9 by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Jesus has given us entrance by his sacrifice on the Cross. Hebrews 10:19-20 States, “Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh.”

You have been given access; you realize He hears you when you enter into the temple of the Holy Spirit; that is your person, your inner man, with your ability to imagine coupled with the gift of faith that He has given you!

In Acts 17:27-28, Paul stood in the midst of Mars’ Hill preaching to the Athenians, that they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, for we are also his offspring.

Walk by faith using your inner senses to experience Him, not your external senses; you will have the revelation of Jesus Christ in you! You don’t have to earn access. Jesus already earned the access for you! You can enter boldly because of His sacrifice WHEN YOU KNOW YOU HAVE IT ALREADY!
