Precious Moments Preschool, a non-profit preschool established in 1984, offers a fully licensed Christian preschool, providing excellence in Christian education while nurturing the growth and development of the individual child. At Precious Moments Preschool, you will find a supportive and loving environment, where students can be engaged in the teaching-learning relationship that best fits their needs.

Our Philosophy

At Precious Moments Preschool, we believe the development of the whole child addresses his or her spiritual, social, physical, intellectual, and creative self. Our program seeks to provide an environment that teaches respect for the individual, while also encouraging a sense of co-operation and unity. Precious Moments Preschool holds fast to basic Christian principles such as honesty, mutual respect, responsibility, and love.

Our teachers are experienced and dedicated to laying the spiritual and educational foundation that equips children for life.

Tuition

Payment is due either weekly or bi-monthly on Mondays that our program is open.  Checks are to be made out to Precious Moments Preschool and should be placed in the envelope marked “Tuition Payments” on the bulletin board.

The following tuition rates apply to the 2011 – 2012 school year:

CHILDCARE & PRESCHOOL*

Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (full day)

$200 / 5 days

$175 / 4 days

$150 / 3 days

$125 / 2 days

$100 / 1 day

$75 / ½ day

PRESCHOOL ONLY**

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

$30 per day or $150 for a full week

AFTERSCHOOL CARE**

$10 per afternoon (3:00 – 5:00 PM)

HALF-DAY IN-SERVICE CARE**

$75 per half day (noon – 5:00 PM)

*A 10% discount is offered for the second child.

**Please be aware that our 2 – 5 year-old childcare program can only have five children per adult present at one time.  Currently I am only able to offer extra programs such as “Preschool Only”, “Afterschool Care”, and “Half-Day In-Service Care” while our program has available spaces. 

For those children enrolled in the “Preschool Only” program, if our childcare program becomes full, you will be charged a full days’ tuition for your child’s partial days in order to hold their space.  If our program is not full and you occasionally need care for extra days or partial days, I will be glad to fill that need for you.  Additional daily fees will apply. 

For those children enrolled in “Afterschool Care”, this service will be offered as long as there is space available in our program.  If your child also needs care on school in-service days and our program is not full, I will be glad to fill that need for you.  If at any time our childcare program becomes full we will give preference to families enrolling their children on a full-time basis.
